This acreage consisit of 2 parcels back to back.This property has been my own personal hunting ground and has been carefully managed for whitetails and upland game. I will sell the front 78 acre parcel on its own for 65,00 but will ONLY sell the rear parcel in combination with the front one. These are very nice parcels that have been carefully managed with an outstanding game population.I have seen very few properties that can compare to this acreage.
Located 15 minutes from the St Lawrence river and 40 minutes from the Adirondack Park. There's several thousand acres of state land within a ten minute drive in either direction.
